Cancellation Policy

ChelseyBlakley.com – Consulting, Creative, and Professional Services Effective Date: [Insert Date] 1. Scheduling Appointments All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our online booking system. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is accepted. Appointments are offered virtually via Zoom unless otherwise noted. In-person sessions are limited and must be pre-approved. 2. Payments For paid services, full payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, PayPal, and Stripe. Custom retainers or monthly packages will be invoiced and scheduled separately. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, except in cases of emergency. To cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly at bookings@chelseyblakley.com. 4. Late Arrivals If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session time may be reduced accordingly. Sessions will be marked as a no-show after 15 minutes without communication, and no refund will be issued. 5. No-Shows No-shows without notice result in forfeiture of the session and are non-refundable. Repeated no-shows may result in being blocked from booking future services. 6. Package & Retainer Clients Retainer clients must use sessions within the agreed time period. Unused sessions may not roll over, unless otherwise specified in your agreement. Custom service timelines and terms will be outlined in your signed service agreement. 7. Communication All communications regarding appointments should be sent to bookings@chelseyblakley.com. Response time is typically within 1 business day. 8. Right to Refuse Service ChelseyBlakley.com reserves the right to decline or terminate services with clients who exhibit inappropriate, unprofessional, or disrespectful behavior.
